I did not submit the original bug but one reason could be that
fso-utils depends on python-dbus and suggests gsm0710muxd which have
nothing to do with u-boot. Also the package name is confusing for
somebody who is looking for u-boot tools and has never heard of FSO
(which is not even author of uboot-envtools).
