[pkg-fso-maint] status of shr packaging

I now reached libframeworkd-phonegui-efl, the etk using library. I
had a look at the sourcecode and there is quite some etk usage, so I
guess they won't remove etk dependency. So some questions :)

1. Is [1] the place of your work?
2. Any particular reason you don't want to maintain it?
3. Do you want me to create a new git repository in pkg-fso, or
   should I use the pkg-e one?
