I'm sorry.. but I didn't see it at http://ftp-master.debian.org/new.html, so
I thought it was a mistake from some Debian user with third-party packages.
This kind of packages, not yet uploaded to Debian are very hard to know,
because BTS doesn't verify if the package exists somewhere at least NEW.
