[pkg-fso-maint] Is the new frameworkd coming soon?

it's the whole ousaged is deprecated -> fso-usaged needs libgee 0.1.6 which is 
not yet packaged chain. [therefore I uploaded a selfbuilt libgee to pkg-fso]
Changing my mind, it should also be possible to upload to main without fso-
usaged as ousaged is still there but in bad shape as it's not maintained 
anymore and has behaviour-problems that are only addressed in fso-usaged.
