[pkg-fso-maint] fsouid? phoneuid? phonefsod?

yesterday i found out about the package phoneui-apps.
but it depends on fsouid, which is not available.

 from sebastian krzyszkowiak i got the answer, the name "fsoguid" should  
rather be "phoneuid (or phonefsod)" -- but whatever one may think about  
the naimng. it's not available either.

searching for "phoneuid" at least tunrs up the thread "Status Update of  
SHR stuff":

which somehow gives the impression that it should be in packaging for  
sometime now.

what's the state of those packages?
