[pkg-fso-maint] Bug#561409: Unneeded dependency for x-terminal-emulator

Depends on x-terminal-emulator and xterm is ill-founded. All work
correctly without it and only default X session init script require
it.

May be move this dependency to Recommends section would be better?

I need to rebuild package, because I don't need any X terminal emulator.
