[pkg-fso-maint] navit needs libgps19, but libgps19 conflicts with fso-gpsd

hi,
as said in the subject already -- installing debian's recent navit pulls  
in libgps19 -- and removes fso-gpsd.
research shows, that libgps19 conflicts with fso-gpsd (but _not_ vice  
versa!).

i am pretty sure, no such conflict existed before libgps19!

so, what exactly cobnflicts and how is one supposed to use gps with fso  
now?
