[pkg-fso-maint] navit needs libgps19, but libgps19 conflicts with fso-gpsd

Actually we're still lucky: fso-gpsd seems to cope with libgps19.

Bernd will drop the conflicts in the next gpsd upload. But we'll first
have to wait for the kde transition. See #562592[1].
Until this happen the quick'n dirty workaround is to delete the
offending Conflicts line from /var/lib/dpkg/status.
