[pkg-fso-maint] [Debian] Openmoko Neo 1973 now officially supported

Hi there!

Thanks to Mirko Vogt from the OpenWrt project I finally got an Openmoko
Neo 1973, thus Debian will be officially supported.  Many thanks to Arne
Anka for his monetary support as well.

The full story is that after my talk at FOSDEM'09 last week [1], various
people contacted me to sell/trade their GTA01, so if someone other in
the Debian team would like one to help me in providing official support,
please contact me in private.

That being said, it is time to start the real work :-)
