[pkg-fso-maint] Building packages for the freerunner

I’m always recluctant to build on a Debian machine because I need to ask
for build-dependencies to be installed. Which, if they are not in the
archive yet (e.g. SHR stuff), is not possible, it seems. Or is there a
trick that I’m missing?
