[pkg-fso-maint] gsm0710muxd renamed

Hi,

I have renamed gsm0710muxd to fso-gsm0710muxd and adjusted the
dependency in fso-frameworkd. I also renamed the git repository, so
update your git config:

$ git remote rm alioth
$ git remote add alioth git+ssh://git.debian.org/git/pkg-fso/fso-gsm0710muxd.git

I hope I set the Conflicts: and Replaces: header correctly. I did not
set up a repository to check whether apt-get handles it gracefully, it
works with dpkg, and now I already have the packages installed... so
please play guinea pigs :-)

I will review the pyNeo packages shortly and, when in good shape, upload
them as well.
