[pkg-fso-maint] illume launcher not showing any icon

It is still possible to get icons on the desktop. hiciu's guess [1] is
that there is just a problem with submenus.

Using a custom /etc/xdg/menus/applications.menu there are icons on the
desktop, tiny but still usable. Starting zhone worked fine.
