hmm ... on my freerunner everything installed cleanly, both with the 
milestone5.1-frameworkd currently in pkg-fso and with a self-build 
milestone5.5-package.

what version of frameworkd are you using? 
Also could you try reinstalling fso-gpsd and see if apt shows any conflicts 
with it?
