[pkg-fso-maint] debian: issues with latest packed fso

never mind.
seems basically to be #1024.
a few days ago i had tried

ti_calypso_deep_sleep = adaptive

which does not work for me -- the phone again woke up.
thus i switched back to

ti_calypso_deep_sleep = never #adaptive

leaving adaptive as comment to have the possible option handy.
fooled by vim, coloring  "#adaptive" as comment, i didn't realize that  
with a simple key = value structure problems are inevitably.

apparently, the default kicked in, trying to automatically determine  
whether deep sleep is advisable -- and fails.
two issues remain:
- opp should act more gracefully when meeting such a condition (ie not  
eating that lot of cpu)
- fso needs probably some better detection for recamping
