[pkg-fso-maint] pypennotes package does not contain .desktop file

Joachim, yes there are some updates in the queue - unfortunately I'm a
bit busy recently. 

I'll try to update pyPenNotes during the next weeks - putting it on my
ToDo list right now ;-)
