[pkg-fso-maint] about joining pkg-fso

I suppose this means a sepparate pkg-fso keyring?
My key has the key-id 0x9afb7b8c9a5f5bbc and this mail is signed with it. It's 
also signed by debian-developer Erik Schanze. I hope I'm not missing anything?
