[pkg-fso-maint] re-test with hal installed and no changes to xorg.conf

For the first time, we have working touchscreen support on the Balloon3
using xserver-xorg-input-tslib (0.0.5-4) - as long as hal is installed.
After installing hal, xorg appears to no longer need any changes
in /etc/X11/xorg.conf - indeed there does not need to be any mention of
the touchscreen support at all and the touchscreen works exactly as
before.
Please re-test on the openmoko with hal installed and touchscreen
related changes to /etc/X11/xorg.conf removed - it may well simplify
the installation considerably and render this bug moot.
