[pkg-fso-maint] Request to join pkg-fso

Hi Jian Gong,

I saw your request to join pkg-fso. Can you please introduce yourself
first on the pkg-fso-maint mailinglist, and describe why you need to
join the alioth group? Note that there is plenty to do without having
commit access to the git repositories, so that might not even be
necessary.
