[pkg-fso-maint] install.sh: console-* and xserver-xorg-* packages

Hi there!

Last week I was re-installing Debian on my FR and install.sh hanged. I
always perform an *automatic* installation:

  $ time ./install.sh all >install.log 2>&1

This means that there is no user interaction and everything that
requires it stops the process. Indeed, analysing the resulting
install.log I found that console-data needs manual configuration in
order to choose the keymap, something which was already reported at:

  http://lists.alioth.debian.org/pipermail/pkg-fso-maint/2009-April/000999.html

Left apart the fact that I do not see any advantage in having a console
configuration for the FR, this is obviously a problem, since it breaks
automatic installations.

Actually, we have two problems here and I will discuss them in separate
mails following this one:

1) why console-data is now required?

2) how to preseed debconf configuration for console-* packages

Thx, bye,
Gismo / Luca
