[pkg-fso-maint] Status Update of SHR stuff

I will certanly look into those asap.

I hope I will switch to doing some actual work, I realize that I could do 
more than just sponsoring. At lease I promise to try to :)

But as for now, could you please clarify which packages of the above list 
currently need sponsoring? libframeworkd-glib and libphone-utils? or 
something more?

Also, are there any pkg-fso related other uploads pending?
