Hi,

rejected mainly because of name collision with libneon. Additional information from Luca:

neon/EXIF.py is licensed under BSD license and is Copyright (c) 2002-2007 Gene
Cash, 2007-2008 Ianaré Svi, but there is no mention of that in
debian/copyright.
