[pkg-fso-maint] gsm resource not resumed

i am not sure, if everybody potentially interested, reads community at om, so  
i post it here, too.

with the most recent fso packages gsm is dead after resume. in short,  
after a resume i get the following:

# mdbus -s org.freesmartphone.ogsmd  /org/freesmartphone/GSM/Device   
org.freesmartphone.GSM.Network.GetStatus
/org/freesmartphone/GSM/Device: GetStatus failed:
org.freesmartphone.Resource.NotEnabled (Resource Device is not enabled,
current status is 'suspended')

resuming manually fixes that:

# mdbus -s org.freesmartphone.ogsmd  /org/freesmartphone/GSM/Device   
org.freesmartphone.Resource.Resume

# mdbus -s org.freesmartphone.ogsmd  /org/freesmartphone/GSM/Device   
org.freesmartphone.GSM.Network.GetStatus

i use fsousaged. did i miss some changes in frameworkd.conf or is that a  
real bug?
