Uploaded.

Although this (in case of ftpmasters accept upload) will cause different 
packages in pkg-fso and in main under the same package version 
0+git20090623-1, which is not good. Better to increase package version if 
you change something.

However, fso-usaged does not build in the pbuilder environment.
Build log attached. Please look what is wrong there.
