you're right of course. I prepared a new libfsoframework (-2 this time) to add 
libfsobasics-dev to the dependencies of libfsoframework-dev.

I also tightened the build-dependency of fso-usaged on libfsoframeworkd to 
this new version (and newer).

so new upload of libfsoframework will be needed for fso-usaged
