[pkg-fso-maint] shared library in binary-package?

I have prepared a new revision of fso-usaged to not create and install the 
shlibs-file (and also the postinst and prerm modifications of it).

Also I'm wondering if the rest of your mail really reached Steve, as I'm 
seeing only pkg-fso-maint as recipient here.
