[pkg-fso-maint] abyss again [sponsor needed :-) ]

Hi,

yesterday I brought fso-abyss and its libraries up-to-date. I use solely abyss 
since my initial posts in April and did not have any hickups at all with it.

I have applied all (hopefully I didn't miss any) suggestions Nikita gave me 
while sponsoring the fso-usaged package chain to abyss and its dependencies 
and think it would be helpful to have this in place before a new vala-versions 
eventually breaks everything again.

I also pushed a comment-block with the needed config-change to openmoko-file-
config.

So if anyone (Nikita again?) could look over libfsotransport, libgsm0710, 
libgsm0710mux and fso-abyss and sponsor the upload I would be delighted :-).

On a sidenote: fso-gsm0710muxd had defaults for usage with calypso modems in 
its code, so I have adapted the abyss config to also default to calypso-values.
Other modems would need (as with the old muxer) changes according to the modem 
type. But I don't think this will cause any problems as abyss will be replaced 
by fsogsmd before high numbers of devices with non-calypso gsm-modems will be 
running debian. :-)

Also in April some config-scheme was suggested (based on udev) to support 
different modem configurations but I also do not think this would be necessary 
for abyss because of the fsogsmd switch sometime in the future which links 
directly to libgsm0710mux and moves the configuration to frameworkd.conf.
