[pkg-fso-maint] changes to install.sh

Hello,

I gave install.sh another spin today ... and my phone a new install ...

 * cdebootstrap works again (our wiki page kindly informed me about the dpkg-1.15.4 having
arrived in unstable) and the script uses it
 * trayer is back in the archive. The environment variable TRAYER and --trayer option was
introduced to allow the installation of either of the two. Trayer is the default again, as
it was in the good ole times.
 * navit is now part of the GPS task
 * /proc is mounted by default, an option --no-mount-proc was added

The install works smoothly. Such smoothly that my motivation to address work on the Debian
installer is below zero. The problems we have for the moment I don't see to disappear with
it - in the contrary, they will become more difficult to fix, I tend to say.

For instance - the screen completely blanks after a few seconds and does not get back with
a fingertip. Instead, I needed to press the AUX button. Having pressed that, the screen
comes back but was locked. Pressing the AUX and POWER button together, the screen seems to
unlock, but the machine then goes to black and ... panik (blinking AUX).

Could someone with a working configuration please paste a patch for install.sh to prepare
sufficiently decent configuration files for the trayer and/or other programs?

Many greetings

Steffen
