[pkg-fso-maint] dbus permissions / mdbus from fso-utils package

It is not restricted to fso-usaged and abyss.

E.g. 'mdbus -s org.freesmartphone.ogsmd' [which talks directly to python 
version of frameworkd] gives the same.

Problem is dbus-level.
I've found some links in google - those suggest either to change dbus 
configuration to allow everything, or to use later mdbus.

Our mdbus is btw more than a year old. Perhaps fso-utils package should be 
updated?
