Unfortunately there is one more problem, and of higher severity. Shame on
me that I did not notice it during the first look.
Policy sec 8.2 explicitly disallows putting unversioned support files in
shared library package.So having /etc/phone-utils.conf in libphone-utils0
violates policy. It is "should", not "must" clause violated, but still not
good.
And unfortunately I can't immediately advice what to do. Separate -common
package with a single several-byte config file is a nonsence. Maybe ask in
debian-devel@ ?
Possible solution could be having a -common package for entire FSO stack.
That could take what is currently in fso-config-gta02, also
this /etc/phone-utils.conf, likely something more. Additional argument for
this is that settings in FSO stack are used by several components.
