The Treasury office of the Department of Finance here in 
the Republic of South Africa, has received a report of scam against you and 
other nationals from the Nelson Mandela Foundation. Following the meeting held 
with the united nation and Nelson Mandela Foundation and the members of Resource 
Consortium Software Companies operating in South Africa for 
their latest internet software and for the fraudulent activities carried out in 
the internet by the Africans, you were among those scammed as listed by the team 
and Financial Intelligent Unit (FIU). 
  
Compensation of US$35,000.00(THIRTY FIVE THOUSAND UNITED 
STATES DOLLARS) has been issued out to all the affected victims by the federal 
government of South Africa and members of Resource Consortium Software 
Companies  to encourage the use of internet and to promote 
computer literacy worldwide. 
  
You were among those that were reported unpaid as at today 
and we wish to advise you to see to the instructions of the Committee to make 
sure you receive your compensation immediately. 


We advise that you do the needful to make sure the Committee endorse your 
payment immediately. Contact the office of the Committee for an advice on how 
your compensation will be endorsed to you. Hence you are to stop further 
contacts with all the fake lawyers, agents, banks and security companies who in 
collaboration scammed you. You should urgently contact Committee on the
