LXDE  must be my favourite too - I think it is what is in Neovento 5.6
which is currently supplied only for nand flash on the Freerunner and
is quite the nicest  I have found because of the ?matchbox panel and
the keyboard with LXTerminal. I would love to be able to put it on SD
card but dont yet know how, although I did put apt-get cache on the
card.. I don't use the GSM phone, as I have a GPRS card which works
but has no GSM paid for. Many of the supplied packages are not fitted
well to the screen. I found feh nicer than the supplied image viewer.
I have altered the keyboard a little. Perhaps when your project is
done I will be able to get it onto the SD card, and into the Neo1973.
