[pkg-fso-maint] vala 0.9.4 in our pkg-fso repository

Hello,

I had my poor little free runner compile the vala package yesterday ... it must have been something like 6+ hours - and some extra
time to figure out that I needed a swapfile :)  I could not confirm the previous error reports on a missing header file. I Just
took the libglib 2.5 from experimental and it worked (almost) like a charm.

The attempted binary upload to our Debian main servers seems to have somehow failed, somehow nothing arrived. Or I don't find it
at least. I hence did my first upload to the pkg-fso repository.
