[pkg-fso-maint] mr config for pkg-fso-maint packages

hi all,
I got sick of trying to manually track all the packages maintained by
this team, so i wrote up a mr config file (attached).

I included all the packages at [1], because I'm not aware of a better
location to check what packages a team maintains.

Now the questions: Should i put the file in the wiki somewhere?
if yes,  does someone want me to do some doco on using it (ala games
team [2])?
or is someone willing to put it in a git repo so we don't have to
copy+paste out of the wiki to use it?
