[pkg-fso-maint] install.sh - should it prepare the desktop more?

And it installs nicely from there :)   Enrico probably has not uploaded
it because of its specificity for the free runner, but there is also
eeepc-acpi-scripts offered for my laptop, so, I think it should be
uploaded. That said, it would certainly be nice to have something like
that shared with what, say, the Maemo folks come up with... "om" for
"OpenMaemo"? Or "MaemO" ?

The extra tasks are a no brainer - I am just adding the task
"TETHERING", btw.  For shr I'd need some explicit instructions on what
to do, to then reformulate that in install.sh-lingo.
