[pkg-fso-maint] [debian] phoneuid-messgaes crashes

there wasn't any. frameworkd just disappeared.
interestingly enough, i now installed the most recent again and started  
manually, hoping to get a trace at the console -- but all of a sudden it  
works, even after normally starting with init 3 (knock on wood).
but ... i even installed the new phonefsod (which makes the call  
notification appear again) and now messages with non-ascii are not  
registered at all ...

i sent myself a message with ÖöÄäÜüßåÅ and it does not appear in opimd.  
idle screen does not show it as unread and opimd-cli does know it either.
