[pkg-fso-maint] recent dbus with increased timeout

well, after a long night i finally got dbus built again (cross compiling  
is fun -- dbus does not build on the fr, phonefsod not on my host and  
navit is different again).
anyway, for those maybe interested i uploaded dbus 1.20.2-2 packages up to

again. bear in mind that there's still the race condition in ogsmd which  
needs to be worked around, see

for me increased dbus timeout and ogsmd workaround made the pin issue go  
away.
