[pkg-fso-maint] SHR packages

Hi,

I just finished the packaging of the new SHR stuff. These packages
are _untested_ at the moment and the packages are definitely not
ready for main inclusion yet, but at least there is something now.
I will test & clean them in the next days.

If you want to try it before you need to install the following packages:
phoneui-apps phoneuid phonefsod
