I just had a look with strace - looks like ./configure && make &&
make install is not enough:

open("${datarootdir}/libphone-ui-shr/config", O_RDONLY|O_LARGEFILE) = -1 ENOENT (No such file or directory)
stat64("${datarootdir}/libphone-ui-shr/default.edj", 0x3884a30) = -1 ENOENT (No such file or directory)

I will have new packages ready fixing this later today :)
