[pkg-fso-maint] fsousaged does not start

I forgot about this one - I think the suspend after one minute is
not a "bug", but wanted by the developers. You have to request the
CPU from the framework to avoid auto suspend.

Probably there is a config option to disable this, but I can't tell
you at the moment :)
