It's not hardcoded for Openmoko, but you need to install the E
library for x11, which is not an automatically added dependency,
since one can also use it on framebuffer. I just uploaded a new
Debian revision of the package, which adds the -x library in the
Recommends field. After installing the package intone starts up
on my amd64 notebook.
