[pkg-fso-maint] SHR Status Update & DD needed again

Hi,

Status Update:

 * fso-gsmd - build fails with current valac. I will try to
   patch out the failing part. The functionalty will be lost
   until next Vala release.

 * shr-specs - ready to be uploaded. Can somebody do so please?

 * libframeworkd-glib - ready to be uploaded. The package already
   exists in main, but the DM-Upload-Allowed tag is missing, so I
   can't upload myself.

 * libphone-utils - I will upload a new version later.

I will need a DD uploading libphone-ui, libphone-ui-shr, phonefsod,
phoneuid and phoneui-apps, too. I will ask for them step by step
since they build depend on each other. If one of the DDs says he
will upload all of them for me I will contact him directly instead
of spamming into the mailinglist ;)
