The problem is that Debian have at about 8700 source packages which
provide architecture specific binary packages and additional 3500 source 
packages which provide only arch all packages.
A few thousand times small work is too much.

We do not have enouch man-power for every leaf package, sorry.
On the other hand, I will be glad to test preliminary version.
