Yeah, I know.
What I am wondering is: should we preseed with oldsys-preseed, as
kirkwood does? Or use a preseed file like for glantank? The later sounds
more reliable.

Ok, I've sent a mail to Gismo a few days ago, and here is an excerpt
from his answer:

I've built a kernel with s3c24xx drivers, but it doesn't boot on the FR
(KP before showing anything else).
I guess I'll need the help of the debug board (and someone to teach me
how to use it, I've got only garbage on the serial console, for now).
