[pkg-fso-maint] fso-deviced and config handling

Hi all,

I just uploaded a new fso-deviced version to pkg-fso which I used on my
freerunner during the last days without hickups.

As the cornucopia daemons now ship device specific default configs it would be
adviseable to remove the /etc/freesmartphone/fsodeviced.conf as this would be
prefered over the newly shipped one by the daemon. Also check if you have a
fsodeviced.conf sitting in /root - this happened to me and I then wondered why
it wasn't working :-) .

Should we remove daemon configs from fso-config-*? or update them to the fso-
deviced ones?

Also the handling of the alsa states is far from ideal meaning odeviced uses
/etc/freesmartphone/alsa and fso-deviced uses the ones from
/etc/freesmartphone/conf/GTA0?/alsa-default.
Where should we put the authorative ones?
Also for me the gsmhandset shipped by fso-deviced was rather loud and I have
attached a patch to gsmhandset to this mail with the values I use.
