[pkg-fso-maint] FSO2 packaging

Hi,

i fixed all lintian warnings and updated all packages at mentors.debian.net

Here is the list:

I hope they are clean and usable.

Some annotations:

- fso-deviced is a newer git-revision and should work with kernel 2.6.37
- fso-frameworkds eventd is patched to notify for incoming messages (thanks to 
shr)
