[pkg-fso-maint] packaging for qi: please review and comment

I just had a look @ the sourcecode and it seems the documentation
is correct. The s3c2442 target has only GTA02 support. If there
would be another s3c2442 board it would be supported by the same
image, though. You can use omap3530 target from [2] as example.
It supports IGEPv2 and Beagleboard - each with their own paths.

the omap3530 version could probably be used on IGEPv2 and
Beagleboard (the u-boot package already supports these). I
guess qi support for omap3530 may become interesting for
GTA04, though.
