The bug doesn't show when I use the wheezy qi, thanks!

I was using a locally modified qi.  Still need to look into which change
was the cause, but I suspect that it was the changing of the glamo
timings from 4-4-4 to 2-4-2.  (as the other patches only tweak the
partition names and the kernel parameters)

Also, attached is the output of your collect_sd_card_information script
for adding to your sample set.
