[pkg-fso-maint] FSO status update

UPDATED: fso-deviced, fso-gsmd and fso-usaged
TODO:    fso-datad, fso-tdld, fso-common and fso-frameworkd

I would prefer if somebody else checks & uploads Rico's fso-common
and fso-frameworkd.

Apart from that upstream started fso-eventsd. This is one of the
reasons we still need fso-frameworkd (the other one is PIM). Once
these two daemons are available in cornucopia we can drop
fso-frameworkd (and thus the python base dependency).

Next the SHR todolist:

[x] shr-specs (I updated this one today)
[ ] libshr-glib
[ ] libphone-ui
[ ] libphone-ui-shr
[ ] libphone-utils (update needed to fix FTBFS, does not need glib 2.29)
[ ] phonefsod
[ ] phoneuid
[x] phoneui-apps (no update needed)

All of these need an unstable glib version (2.29), which is
no yet available in Debian.
