[pkg-fso-maint] Bug#680269: nodm: spurious dependency on x11-xserver-utils

Running nodm without x11-xserver-utils installed no longer show any
warning about X resources missing from xrdb as reported in bug #559173
against version 0.6-1.

Given that x11-xserver-utils depends on cpp this is not a lightweight
dependency and should be removed.
