[pkg-fso-maint] Some updates to nodm (consolekit integration, spurious deps)

Hello all,
I've played a bit with nodm and it resulted in two bugs opened and a
patch:

#680264 nodm: ConsoleKit fails to recognize the current session as local
  a small patch to debian/nodm.pam fixes the issue:

#680269 nodm: spurious dependency on x11-xserver-utils
  just drop x11-xserver-utils from debian/control

For your convenience I've also integrated two NMUs from Christian
Perrier and the FTBFS fixes done in Ubuntu by Leo Iannacone (fixing
#638600 and #638601) and put everything in a git repo at
http://cgit.collabora.com/git/user/em/nodm/

What about doing a nodm release with those fixes? :)
